Most of tools include documentation or you can easily find it on developers sites. Basically, In WordPress you have 2 ways to add or remove themes and plugins – direct method using GUI or server method using FTP. Before uploading files to website we recommend you first unzip downloaded tool and learn about it’s files.
If you try upload entire theme package with all extra files inside, it will display common error message that looks like: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”.
Many tools especially themes include demos, templates, PSDs, plugins, child theme etc. So you have to locate uploadable and installable WordPress file that looks like <nameOFtool>.zip and upload it to your website
Gui method using WordPress admin area:
- Log in to your WordPress admin area.
- Browse to Plugins or Appearance > Themes
- Click on ‘Add New’.
- Click ‘Upload’.
- Browse and select the <nameOFtool>.zip to ‘Upload’.
Server method using FTP access:
- Extract the folder from <nameOFtool>.zip
- Upload the folder to /wp-content/themes/ or /wp-content/plugins/
- Activate it in WordPress admin area.

All Plugins and Themes for WordPress offered for sell or subscription on Devtools Club are distributed as Premium versions.
Warnings about lack of support / registration / license caused by software developers requests. Please ignore this messages. However some plugin’s authors prevent this notices to be closed by code implementation and remove “close” button from banners. So you can modify the code (open source under GNU license) to hide this annoying notices or simply use special plugins for this purposes from WordPress.org. Devtools recommends “Disable admin notices individually” plugin by Webcraftic
All software is provided as is and may not include some features if the authors have intentionally prohibited access and enhanced functionality, even in violation of the GPL license terms by those developers.
We do not provide license keys. All Software presented on Devtools.club are licensed under GNU GPL.

At Devtools Club, our basic support primarily entails providing answers and guidelines via email to assist you. While we do not offer direct or remote assistance with software installation, we aim to equip you with the necessary information to ensure a smooth setup process on your end.
Community Assistance. For additional assistance or more complex queries, we recommend engaging with the Community, developer forums, and exploring web resources. These platforms can provide a wealth of knowledge and solutions to common challenges.
Direct Developer Contact. Since all software is provided “AS IS” from its developers and publishers, for bug fixes or specific issues, it’s advisable to contact the developers or publishers directly. They have the expertise and knowledge about their products and can provide precise solutions.
Freelancer Recommendation. Before opting for potentially expensive paid support from trademark owners, consider hiring a Freelancer. Freelancers can offer a cost-effective way to resolve technical issues or customize the tools to meet your needs.
Updating the products you’ve purchased from Devtools Club requires a manual process as it necessitates source code modifications. These modifications include changing the official upgrade repository URL, adding new functions and parameters to the original code, and deploying additional security checks.
Manual Updates: You can download all updated plugins and themes from your account under the “My Files” tab. Once downloaded, you can update the products manually using FTP or through the admin area panel on your website.
Older WordPress Versions: We recommend using the “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” plugin to streamline the update process. This plugin allows you to upgrade themes and plugins by supplying a zip file, using the same process as tool installation. Built-in Update Feature: In the latest versions of WordPress, there’s a built-in feature that facilitates updates. When uploading a theme or plugin via the WordPress dashboard, you now have the option to download the current version to upgrade and replace the existing one.
You can submit request via email or contact form. Usually we update it within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot guarantee latest version availability for some products. Sometimes it depends on many factors like discretion, compatibility issues, lack of developers support, productivity, bugs presence etc.
In Some cases we leave the old version to be available to download and mark is as “stable” or “current” in addition to newest release.
